We stayed in a suite in the 20th floor, so we basically had two small rooms together one with the bed, shower and toilet and the other was a living room with an additional toilet. For us everything worked right, the room was clean and we got water bottles every day. You have to walk about 3 minutes to the closest subway station which is Bongeunsa and from there you can also get to COEX walking underground which makes it very convenient for shopping, food and transportation. Also connected to COEX there’s the City Bus Terminal and from there you can get the limousine bus to Incheon. The staff went all the way helping us get a taxi to the City Bus Terminal since we were flying very early in the morning.

Stayed here last week for 3 days during our short trip to Seoul. The experience was sub-par. For a 4 Star Hotel the amenities left much to be desired. The pool was only open from 2pm-5pm. The room was small for 3 people and overall I've had better stays at other hotels at better prices. Not sure I would stay here next time I visit.

Location is in gangnam which is great and within a few minutes walking distance to the station. Rooms are small but clean. Service could be better as they provided us with the wrong room number on the card paper slip during check in. Cause of this, we had to go up and down a few times when the card is not working. The service staff did not mentioned or apologise after he have noticed it as well.

This hotel is extremely close to the subway station and provides easy access. Because we were on a high floor, the rooms had a good view. The room, however, is modest for the price of $200 USD. But the worst part of this room was the service. Firstly, the amenities were limited and they only provided me with basic shower gel and lotion. The hotel didn't even give me a toothbrush or toothpaste and charged me 15,000 Won for one, which I politely declined. Secondly, one of our pillows had blood stains from a previous visitor, and when we protested to the front desk about it, they declined our complaint because it was after 3pm (the check in time) and housekeeping had left for the day. In conclusion, this hotel actually provides worse service than a motel in Seoul. I would strongly advise against staying here when you are paying this price.

They do not have any vanity and bath amenities except shampoo and shower gel. You need to buy it. Also my room Vide did not work.
