It's less than 5 mins from sinnonhyeon station exit 3, near from kakao and line flagship store gangnam branch, most of the road is uphill and downhill so you better get prepared if you bring heavy luggages. The hostel is on 2nd floor of the building with no elevator. The heater works quite well, the pantry has cereal, toast, and other standard kitchen utilities, the bathroom is clean, there's free laundry but no dryer so you gotta hang your clothes in your room. But so far it was a good experience!

I'd call this place a motel (or 2-stared hotel) rather than a guesthouse. My room and linen was clean and tidy, also window screen in my room was thick enough to block the morning sun. The reception guy here speaks fluent English , Japanese and Chinese which is really nice. However this place is in a 6 storey building but there is no lift. Consider yourself booking a low-floor rooms or get a strong legs. Another disadvantage was, this accommodation is located in the centre of a market where is bustling even in 3:00 AM so it's quite noisy because of drunk businesspeople and flirting massage palour clerks. If you're traveling by business, bring your own earplugs. I emphasise.

The room is small and the bed is not really comfortable, no AC in the lobby while waiting for check in, and no lift. But it does give free breakfast.

At first we didn't get the room we were supposed to get. Bathroom was literally 1x1m. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. The room itself was okay. But not as clean as in the pictures. Under the bed there was a lot of dust, slippers, a sock and a remote from the previous visitors. We asked to clean under the bed because we are quite sensitive to dust but they didn't clean it even after we asked. We did get the room we ordered after 3 days. The lobby looked very nice on the pictures but this us far from reality. Towel bags everywhere. The staff was good and spoke English well. The location was very good.
