This hotel is really incredible especially if you are coming from other countries. The subway station is right next to the hotel, so it has been super convenient. The staff at the hotel are incredibly kind and helpful - you won’t find anything troubling. My suite was much bigger than what I thought - had a couch and proper desk on top of our double size bed. My favourite part was the cleanliness. I highly recommend it.5

Great location. Just a lift away from the subway.
Service is excellent and very polite. Stayed there for 6 days. Toiletries changed for you daily.

The room is nice but the amenities are average: hardly any welcome tray (coffee is just disgusting) nor any real service. Staff is kind but not helpful when given a situation to help solve. We're left to our own devices and that's it.
The view is okay though the large avenues below are noisy.
A lot of fuss and fancy looks but not worth it. Disappointing.
