Genuinely really good if you can look past the rooms being small. The breakfast is included and is among the most comprehensive spreads of Japanese, Korean and Western food I have ever seen in a hotel. Functionally the room has everything you need. The location is not super for getting to the historic centre of Seoul but, equally, the metro is only about 5 minutes' walk from the hotel.
I'm not joking when I say that the breakfast was really amazing - I later left and returned to Seoul, staying in the luxury Conrad hotel in Yeouido. It had a very impressive spread but still not as good as the breakfast at the Dormy Inn. I mean it!5

The room may be compact, but it's tidy and thoughtfully organized. The breakfast is excellent, especially considering the price—it's the best in Seoul. Additionally, the location is superb, just a block away from Gangnam Subway station, with everything you need nearby.5

Staff is helpful and kind! Rooms are very clean! Location is convenient and safe! There is a little 7-11 a few doors down that has things you need on-the-go.
Took a comfortable bus (with seat belts) from Inchon Airport for 18,000 won (less than $14 USD), and this hotel was right next to the 5th stop at the Ambassador Hotel.
Would definitely stay here again!5

We had a fantastic stay. Wonderful staff, clean everything. Baths are lovely and food was great too! Will be back if we are back in Korea for sure! :)4

Overall great stay. Loved the women's oasis. Staff are very kind and helpful. Quick and great room service. For what I came for, location was pretty well-centered. Great value. Big bottles or shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. If needed, toothbrush kits underneath sink are provided.
Cons: free-of-charge washer barely gives any detergent (you're better off adding your own detergent), dryer does not dry well (2,000 for 45 minutes - you're better off doing 4,000 to ensure everything gets dry), the area itself has lots of steep hills, and I absolutely disliked the buckwheat pillows (too hard for comfort - no extra soft pillows left so we bought pillows to bring back to the hotel).
