Fantastic stay at this lovely hotel near DDP. 5-7 mts walk from metro station ( euljiro 4 and DDP). Its great value of money and the staff is very very helpful. Special thanks to Damian and Jae who did there best to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend this hotel to all..5

Everything is self-service, but the hotel afforded pretty much everything for a 3-star hotel (extra slippers, drinking water, etc.), so that was really nice. Since I arrived much earlier than the check-in time, I was going to store my luggage. I came across the staff and he let us do early check in. He was so helpful and even helped bringing our luggages to the room. So grateful to be able to rest a bit before exploring Seoul. All in all, my experience with this hotel was amazing. Could not recommend it enough!5

I recently stayed at Acube Hotel Dongdaemun, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The room was not only beautiful but also extremely functional and spacious, thanks to the clever furniture design. It was the perfect blend of style and practicality, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The check-in process was also a breeze - we were able to do it quickly and easily at a machine at the entrance of the hotel. This was a great convenience; we didn't have to interact with staff in person. However, the staff we did come into contact with were kind and polite. We could also communicate with them easily through the hotel's app.
Overall, I would highly recommend Acube Hotel Dongdaemun to anyone looking for a stylish, functional, and comfortable place to stay in Seoul. The room was top-notch, and the check-in process was easy and efficient. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable!
That being said, there were a couple of issues that detracted from the experience. Firstly, the air conditioning in our room did not seem to be working properly, which made the temperature uncomfortable at times. This was a bit disappointing, as we expected the room to be well-equipped for our comfort.
Additionally, the directions provided to use Google Lens were not helpful. The app didn't seem to translate what was needed properly. It would have been great to have clearer instructions on using this feature.
Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend Acube Hotel Dongdaemun for its overall quality.3

Does not offer luggage storage before check in
If you want them to store luggage for you then it will cost a fee of ~$30 USD for 4 luggages
Room was fairly decent, stayed in one room with two queen beds and one twin bed for family of 4.
