Except location don't expect much rooms are small and with basic amenities, only good thing is walkable distance to Sun way and restaurants and 10mins walking distance to Seoul station3

The room was not very clean and the guy who owns the place was never there. The placement was perfect2

Provides hand towels only. No tissue paper in the toilet. Provided expired bread. Their pantry is not that neat. Not all receptionists are accommodating - we were not allowed to eat in their pantry even if we bought our own food.
On the other hand, there are also accommodating receptionists, trying their best to answer our questions and grant our requests. Provides clean place to sleep.
