We had to pay extra to check in at 2pm. TreeShade check in 7pm I was told when arrived at the hotel. The room we were put in had no windows and kind of felt like jail2

Worst reception guys don't understand a word in a hotel located in a great location. It was tough to make them understand and we didn't even get our booked rooms. Don't book here
