Very convenient location, EXCELLENT service. All in all, A+. The only strange thing was that the hotel didn't have complimentary ice.

It was a very comfortable stay. Services need some improvement. Room phone was not working.

It's a hotel with sixteen floors with parking lots. A convenient store is located on the basement floor and there're a cafe, a bar and a restaurant in the hotel as well. The room was clean and the amenities were good. It's not soundproof and the traffic noise was quite disturbing with the windows opened. It's still a bit noisy even after closing the windows. The staffs were generally nice. There're no other restaurants or stores nearby.
