Currently staying at this boutique hotel in Busan (built 2019) with around 70 rooms, situated a block from the famous Haeundae Beach. Nice quiet location, rooms are a good size. Showers has a high water flow rate. Roof top is a infinity swimming pool, which is looked after by 1 staff member who is pleasant. Free washing and dryer on 10th floor, bring your own detergent.
Breakfast buffet are KRW 15,000, great value, and gives you a choice of American Breakfast (sausage eggs toast coffees) or Korean breakfast foods. Around the corner of the block is a 7/11 and around at the opposite corner is a CU and emart convenience stores. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Some staff are fluent in English. I have found this hotel to be a real gem. Good value for money for location.
Within 1km are Starbucks, various types of Restaurants and stores. Local 139 bus' are available within 1 block to take you to Shinsegae Shopping Centre, or taxi ride costs KRW 10,000 approx. Haeundae Train station is a 15min walk

From the outside, it looks pretty average, but the inside is nicer, rooms are more modern and the bedding is comfortable. No gym but rooftop pool is really nice (see pics). Main issues are that 1) it is nextdoor to a building site that starts work and banging at 7am, 2) the lighting in the room is pretty rubbish i(in the bathroom and for reading), 3) the TV is very hard to use if you don't speak Korean, and 4) our original bedding had food and blood stains on it - which they quickly replaced when we alerted the front desk, but we never got a follow-up or apology from management. Overall. It was fine for the price, but definitely lacking in some areas.

Wouldn’t stay here again, the hotel is very average, the front desk has gentle people, but unfortunately we left something in the safe by mistake and try to contact the hotel to see if we could retrieve it, but their answer was that there was nothing in the safe, which we left locked, so the person responsible for opening the safes kept what ever was inside, and the hotel just covered for them.
Avoid leaving anything of value if you leave the room.
And from my point of view the price is too steep for what you get, there’s a construction site next to the hotel and the drilling starts very early, I don’t get why we got one of those rooms.

Staying currently at the hotel and feeling really disappointed. Told the check in woman that I’m here celebrating my 30th birthday, showed my passport and everything. They put us in the worst possible room. It faces away from the ocean, is next to a crying baby’s room, and doesn’t even have space to open up our 2 suitcases it’s so small.
I think what really stuck the knife in is hearing 2 people saying in Korean in the elevator that they were surprised that they were given an upgrade to beach view because they did not pay for it and didn’t request it either.
Really felt like the hotel could make more effort considering the occasion and price point.
