The space inside is quite stylish, clean and nice. The size was decent and I think it was designed for couples since the tub was in the open. The toilet area also was separated by frosted glass so people can see your shadow while going to the bathroom. Since its glass there's also no sound blocking so...I'll leave that to your imagination. Though the front desk struggled with english they were accommodating and tried to a good extent. The only issues I had was 1) the tub shifting and not actually set into the ground, 2) there were 2 days out of the 7 we stayed where they only gave us small towels (maybe the ran out? Not sure), and 3) the neighboring room had a group that sounded like they were very drunk or very high screaming at night towards midnight.
All in all, I had a pleasant weeklong stay at this hotel.4

It's cheap and clean. The room I stayed in was a bit narrow. It's good for just sleeping.2

boutique hotel XYM is similar to Japanese small business hotel.
I booked here about ￦70,000/night that is not reasonable.
advantages : Good access from thr Police hospital station.
Room was modernized design.
Can buy beer and snack from the lobby.
Netflix can use by free of charge
Disadvantages: Too small room and Toilet, Pillow, elevator
Tower car park system.
Water temperature control was bad.
