Great location, great rooms, great service. The serviced apartment is perfect for family or friends to visit (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) and also includes a large safe.
only slight downside is that some of the appliances are slightly outdated (ie usb plugs not working, oldish tv) but still very good rooms overall.

Great location, large room, has fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine in the suite. Location is near many fun things to do, more food options that you’ll have the time for. Great gym and a swimming pool too.
My only negative comment would be that the beds and pillows aren’t comfortable. But all else, is a great choice if it’s in budget!

We stayed here on the recommendation of our friends, and I think it’s a decent place for a family who wants plenty of space and separate rooms. The rates were reasonable and location in Insadong was very convenient and fairly central to a lot of the tourist destinations (myeongdong shopping area, gyeongbokgung palace, Namsan).
I felt the mattresses could be a little bit more comfortable, and some of the carpet in the rooms seemed dingy and not as clean as I would have liked. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and modern. Breakfast buffet was not included in our reservation, and I didn’t feel it was worth the price, but we dined there for one of the mornings.
Upon checkout I was a little baffled that the hotel staff are unable to call you a taxi. We asked if they could help us call a larger IM taxi as we had all of our luggage, but we called a regular taxi instead, and were able to squeeze all of our suitcases in. The biggest advantage of this place is the spacious units, and I do think we would book it again.

Great location
A bit outdated yet comfortable stay! There’s washing machine, dishwasher, oven, toaster, rice cooker, and basic utensils for kitchen. Lots of space, amazing views! Whole lot better than Airbnb since they clean the place for you (except weekends). Front desk is pretty much non existent, they definitely have to work on better customer service. For my needs, this place was perfect. Came from boutique hotel at Gangnam so I had my share of finer details and fancy stay. Orakai is when you’ll be touring and you want a place to come back to that feels like home. You get a taste of what it’s like to live in Korean apartment. Can’t really beat the location. Close from subways, buses and landmarks.
Google says this is a five star property but it’s more like 3.7 star. If you’re looking for a mint 4 or 5 star hotel, this is not the place. But if you want convenience and comfort, this is as good as it gets!
By the way, the tv is not a smart tv.
They don’t provide toothbrush kit. Bring your own tea/coffee if you usually drink them in your room.
Buffet is not included in the stay. There’s plenty of restaurants and cafes near by!

I can tell you the rooms are large and comfortable...you get a lot of value for the money spent here. The only drawback is beyond the room, everything else is in short supply. From towels to the tiny soap coin (no shampoo no amenities), broken hairdryer, no water, nothing. So be prepared to go out and buy some toilitries or have it with you. Service was so so but the hotel itself is extremely convenient to Insadong shopping and restaurants. You're a short cab ride to many popular places.
