- good location(in front of beach) and good price - including bathtub - you can see sunrise when you are wake up

It took about 3 months due to construction of a new house nearby. I am staying for a long period of time. Clean, well maintained...friendly, The sea is right in front. best !!!!!!!

I am very satisfied for the price. It's so nice to be able to see the sea from the living room or room. It's an old condo, but the view and water pressure are good, and it's warm and I like it.
