I tried to find a hotel with large windows to get a good view. And this hotel was priced well, but it turned out that the window in the middle was dirty!! It's a stain from the outside. It makes me so sad.
The room was a bit look old but it’s ok reasonable with the price.
The location is very good near beach, restaurants and convenient stores

I did not really enjoy my stay here. The hotel purchased cheap beds which are very very hard. So no comfortable sleep, which is the main thing a hotel should focus on. The windows were not really sound proof and the beach gets noisy on the weekend. No place to put your big suitcase. The windows were dirty. The water in the shower drains very slowly, which floods the bathroom if you shower to long. The mirror is hanging to low for a 180 cm guy. The staff was not unfriendly, but its not like I would say they were friendly. They just were there, because its their job to be there. The previous guest left me a wet toilet paper role and there was no replacement in the room. Also there were paper balls stuck to the wall, which were not cleaned away. If you leave your room late, it wont get cleaned after, they just give you a bag with fresh towels. I gave 3 stars but its more like 2.2-2.5 and I will not book this hotel ever again. But it was nice beeing on the 19th floor and having a little step out.

Went to the Hotel Aqua Palace Spa & Sauna as part of the Busan pass. There wasn't much information I could find online hence writing this review down. The Spa portion was unfortunately closed (around 2300-0300) for cleaning when we went there so we totally missed it. The communications were not very cleared (perhaps cause it was quite late as well). There was a little ramen/snack shop operating. The saunas available were the usual:
• 70-80 Deg
• salt room (around 60+?)
• jade room (cooler as well)
• cold room (around 20+?)
Ther were many sleeping areas and charging ports available as well.
Definitely not as tourist friendly compared to the other bigger jjimjibang in town, but its worth a visit if you have the Busan pass or staying nearby. The views of the beach are great! Can imagine what a lovely view it will be on the drone show nights

Most staff members barely spoke English, so it was sometimes difficult to communicate. Every amenity seemed to require an extra fee, such as their infinity pool that costs around $30 USD per person even if you are a guest. There is also an observatory that is not available for guests for free. When we tried to ask for an extra blanket, the hotel staff told us it would cost extra money to get one. The hotel lobby has a strange smell, and the bathroom in the lobby had no water and was not functional sometimes. The location of the hotel is good because it is right by Gwangalli Beach, but it is mostly younger couples staying nearby. Our room also had a great view of the beach, but it was more like an apartment room. The bathroom is very tiny and had a smell of sewage. The design of the shower was also not convenient because the water from the shower could flow all over the bathroom.

I've made two different bookings. The 1st one I made was via Hopper apps for a deluxe ocean view room and I was assigned to a partial ocean view with very limited view on the bridge. Despite pointing out to the hotel counter immediately that my booking was ocean view, they insisted on partial ocean view. 2nd booking I made for my family via their official website was for ocean city double, and it was downgraded to city view with no ocean view. Utterly disappointed. No idea why the hotel could just change the type of the room we booked at their wish. Definitely not recommended!
