Nice hotel. Rooms have all you need, for iron you can always ask. Nice perk having bathtub and shower at same time. Very tastefull breakfest.5

OK Hotel, rooms are old, could be renovated, but some are better than others3

There is no staff to help pick up and bring luggage to the hotel upon arrival. The entire hotel's waiting room for check-in time only has 2 benches, the waiting position for guests is very cold.
There is no welcome drink.
The room is extremely simple, there are no night lights or reading lights at the bed, no electrical outlet to charge the phone next to the bed, not worthy of a 5 star rating, very disappointing for a Grand Mercure brand guest. .3

Stayed here 7 years ago when it was Pullman Ambassador. Now it seems a lot different. No complementary water bottles, toiletries and coffee/tea replenishment. Very basic amenities overall. Breakfast was ok. This is the only star-rated hotel in Changwon city. So no other choice. Hope they improve.
