Booked cause there was a discount. I didn't know it was a 5 stars until i so the sign. It's a good hotel, but definitely not that amazing. Location is convenient and staff was nice but limited in English.4

Location and service was great, the rooms and hotel in general left a bit to be desired. Room was dark and dirty.3

Advertised as a 4/4.5* hotel but lacks the amenities.
Air-conditioning is barely functional. The rooms look like they have not been updated since the 80's.
Requested to look at the gym and sauna before paying to use them but was denied.
Room service is advertised in the in-room menu as running 11am-7am, but service stops around 9:30pm.
The casino only opens the blackjack tables on weekends, so it's slots or baccarat only... if you can get a seat at the table.
English is limited, so keep that in mind if you don't speak korean. The staff can communicate through Google translate where required.2

They told us the casino is closed eventough it says online it is opend 24hours. There is no sauna and no gym available. The rooms are ok but you hear everything from other rooms or the cleaning crew literally throwing stuff around. The bathroom is quite old and not really clean. It is maximum a 3 star hotel.
