It's not a problem with the accommodation, but indirectly, the parking manager in the building doesn't make sense. It says in the mechanical parking lot that you are not allowed to wear anything over 1600kg, but there has been no problem so far and they insist that you wear it because they will take responsibility for it, but they tell you to park outside the building if you don't want to. Those using a car should consider parking outside, such as at the nearby Seongsan Art Hall (Avante, etc. weighing 1600kg). (It does not matter if mechanical parking is available below)
I tried to cancel due to parking issues, but the owner was so kind that I stayed without canceling.
The check-in was done by an older female owner, and when I called to inquire about check-in at the counter, it was a somewhat older male owner, and the owner I spoke to about parking seemed to be younger than him, so I think he might be a family member.
The rooms were clean and tidy. I was a bit embarrassed to use the bathroom because the space was not separated (200% sound sharing possible).
The interior had curtains and blankets with a pattern that looked like paint splattering... There may be pros and cons, but I personally didn't like it.
The owner was friendly, the room was clean, and it was a nice accommodation with a view of the lake.
Oh, but the room door opens by pushing inward, so it was a bit inconvenient to get in and out. But is this fire-fighting safe?

It is right next to Changwon City Hall, so transportation is convenient and the view from the lounge is good. I recently stayed in a dormitory because I was able to stay in a dormitory room, and it was fine. It was a bit narrow though. It was good value for money and the breakfast was good too. It is a place I would like to come back to.

Good place to stay (near to convenience store, 10-15 mins walk to the town, have bus stop nearby - bus 111 to go to the bus terminal). However don’t forget to bring your own towel because apparently the normal towel here is only the size of face towel.
