Currently staying at the hotel. Rooms have a nice design and the view and location are great. However, the soundproof insulation is horrible, you can hear noises from the streets and from housekeeping (that vacuums the other rooms at 8am!). The light from the corridor also enters the room from the gaps below the door. But the biggest problem is actually that the place is very poorly managed. Front desk staff is very rude/arrogant (since check-in) and extremely unhelpful. I'm staying here for 7 nights, I had a last minute change in my trip and will have to leave 1 night before and they absolutely refused to refund the last night, even though I'm staying much longer then their average stay and asking in advance. Also, they first tried to say that they could not refund it because I had booked through Agoda, so I called Agoda and they said that if the hotel agreed, they could refund me. Agoda contacted the reservations sector and they said they didn't agree. When I go to the front desk they say that only the reservations team can handle the issue. The reservations team does not reply my e-mails and also refuses to provide me a contact to file a complaint to management, so I'm publicly posting my complaint here. Funny enough is that I had read other reviews saying the exact same thing I'm saying, both about the noise and staff, but I decided to give it a chance because a friend of mine had recommended. Huge mistake. Avoid this place.

Very essential,small rooms without any wardrobe or cupboard where to put your clothes. Location is good, close to restaurants, bars and shopping area

This hotel was opened by a Japanese company, but the management company was changed due to the sale, and it seems that the service and management are not good now.
It's complicated, so I'd like you to change the name of the hotel.

I choose this hotel as I am planning to go to Express bus terminal early next day and this hotel fit what I am looking for.

The rate was very affordable comparing to many hotel nearby, the room is small as expected but the space are utilized well. There are even pajamas provided in the room. The room are clean, the bedding are comfortable. The space is good for 1 person, could be a bit too tight for two.

The check-in desk is on B1 level so you have to take the elevator down. The check in and out was smooth and quick. The elevator is a bit slow.

I would recommend this place if you are looking for an affordable hotel in good location and are not expecting much service.

It’s alright. Overpriced for what it provides. For all foreigner travelers, Korean hotel chains do NOT allow AC to function for winter, spring and fall seasons. They only make it accessible for extreme hot summer only. And if you open the window, mosquitos (yes, due to global warming, mosquitos are still a thing in early or late winter times). and extremely loud noise will come in. This is the same case for a lot of other hotels so make sure you call in advance and ask if this is an issue for you.
