The location was very nice and i really appreciated that they had a WOWPASS machine in the lobby of the hotel. It made exchanging money and topping up my card very easy.

Staffs are nice and kind. They listen to you for whatever you ask, and make it done very quick. Rooms were a little tight for a four star, though.

Good location, though they could have a slightly more variety in the breakfast buffet, it was completely unimpressive after other/ real Lotte hotels. Also one time most laundry washers / dryers were malfunctioning. Also they won’t check you into your room before 3 pm even when the rooms are ready, kind of like policy sticklers, other hotels try to accommodate but not this management for some reason. May need a more customer friendly manager for this hotel.

Nice 4 star hotel in a tall building, the hotel is from flor 9 and above. Decent breakfast, decent rooms and a good location.

Great location but horrible staff and service.
Arrived early at the hotel at 10am and was told no rooms available yet. Asked to have 1 room at SP that all 6 of us can go wash up. And was asked to come back in 2hours. Got back at 1pm room is still not available.

However my colleague arrived at the same time with us got a room at 10am just because he is a French and we didn’t get a room because we were Asian.

Never will I ever stay in this hotel again. If you want to stay here only if you are EUROPEAN!
Discrimination!!!
