My family booked this hotel for their Free Shuttle Service because our night flight arrival was 9.35PM. Indeed, the Free Shuttle advertisement was a SCAM even when we called from the airport and we also emailed them in advance they said that they didn’t check their email. Even if the Shuttle Service provided was very LIMITED, the hotel should have informed us in advance especially since No Reservation is allowed. Right after our arrival at exit B, we were approached by an uncle claiming he had a taxi license on his HP and brought us to a car park. Then we realized he is more like a private hire car driver than a taxi and we said we just want a taxi. He got angry and walked away and we went out in the freezing cold weather and took a metered taxi for 20,000 KRW to this old rundown hotel. We were given a physical room key with a number keychain, not a magnetic access card. Then, the entrance light was spoilt, and saw a daggling spotlight hanging over the bed. The bathroom doorknob can’t be locked and the hot water took more than half an hour to reach us at 11PM. Just look at the heater control panel which was not even working at all and we saw another wire extension running over the shower glass cubicle. Thereafter, we tried use the kettle to boil water for some hot drinks and unable to find another power socket but just a mini-fridge with just two bottled cold water for four of us. There were candy wrappers behind the sofa and the bedhead power sockets and telephone point were exposed. Thankfully it was just for one night and we checked out early in the morning by just leaving the key over the counter to nobody. We regretted staying there and we definitely don't recommend this hotel to anyone. I’d give them 0 stars if it was an option and not even up to the Korean quality.

This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at in my life.
TLDR: Extremely rude staff, rooms have a lot of bugs and pillows smelled of vomit.

I chose this hotel because of the shuttle service and I had a lot of suitcases with me. When I went downstairs in the morning to take the shuttle, the manager at the front desk told me that I cancelled (I never did). When I tried to calmly explain to him that I did not cancel (I was also sick with a sore throat and was losing my voice) he started yelling at me in Korean, telling me to calm down and then proceeded to call me 'stupid' and all sorts of inappropriate names!

I couldn't believe it, I'd never been treated this poorly at any establishment in my LIFE. I asked for his name and he did not want to give it to me, that made him even more angry. He threatened to call the police on me so I decided to just call a taxi instead. The rooms also had bugs crawling all over the walls and floors. The pillows smelled like vomit.

If you can avoid it, please do not go here. Out of all the hotels I've stayed, this hotel takes the cake as the worst. I'd give 0 stars if it was an option.

We book this hotel just because of a free shuttle. Our flight is 7.30am. But free shuttle advertisement is a SCAM. Shuttle provided but very LIMITED, hotel should have informed in advance that it is limited seat. Reservation is not allowed. You cannot be late for check in otherwise you will miss it. We asked hotel to call a taxi. Yes someone come to fetch us but not a metered taxi. Once we arrive at the airport only we know he charges us 35k won which is suppose to be around 12k won for early morning rate if you take taxi/uber, triple the price. Please avoid this hotel.

Worst hotel i ever stayed at and i travel a lot around the world. The bed was the hardest and most uncomfortable bed i ever slept in. The room was old and smelling really bad. Luckily it was just for one night. The bathroom was disgusting and everything old also. Only good thing was it's close to the airport and station and there is a Starbucks, 7eleven and lotteria right next to it. I definitely don't recommend this hotel to nobody. Another good thing was the employer in the morning. He was friendly and called us a taxi

The room is huge and cozy, very clean and the only downside to it is the toilet has no locks and the wall is transparent. good for couples but not for family environment. Hence I am giving three stars for the rooms.
