Stayed here for 5 nights in Seoul! Was pleasantly surprised upon check-in that we got upgraded to a bigger room 😁
Pros
- convenient location, just a quick walk from 2 subway stations and the airport bus
- lots of food and coffee options within walking distance
- clean and new rooms that were quite comfortable
- large desk and comfy office chair
- reception was prompt and courteous
Cons
- elevator wait was long at times
- wish there was a water dispenser at the lobby
- wish there was a way to turn off the ventilation in the bathroom at night
Overall I would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for something comfortable that's reasonably priced!

We have stayed there for 5 nights, and the room was clean and tidy, and the hotel location is good with metro stations nearby. More importantly, we could go there by airport train in about an hour. The staff was friendly and helpful, and could communicate easily in English. We have not visited the hotel restaurants, but there were many good restaurants nearby. Also, there is a big supermarket nearby where we could buy some souvenirs. Will probably stay this hotel again when we re-visit Seoul.

I think this is related to the Daiwa Roynet japanese chain of hotels.. very similar look and feel. Hotel is very new and clean, has separate powder room for the suite. Full bathroom amenities, even air purifier and humidifier. Housekeeping service was fast.

Room:
Had room 414. Not very good view. The air condition was good, but it was kinda noisy The bed was ok, but not amazing. Very small window available.
Very small garbage can available.
There was no shower curtain or glass wall that separated the shower from the rest of the toilet - so the whole bathroom floor became wet. Nice with bidé.
Free water bottles each day.
Hotel:
No specific parking spot, so it was stressful when ordering a taxi.
Friendly staff.
Hard to know when the cleaning staff would come. They could come 11am-4pm. It was hard to ask for cleaning when being in the room. We didn't need cleaning all the days, but needed new towels each day - it was hard to ask for towels when they came when one of us was in the shower.
Location:
The location was the best thing about this hotel! Two subway station really close to the hotel. Many good breakfast spots close to the hotel. Many cafés and restaurants only few subway stations away.
The street at the hotel was somewhat noisy, but there were more quiet streets not too far away.

Pros: I was upgraded to a deluxe double on the 5th floor and it is very big and spacious. Very big bathroom (seldom seen in Japanese-style hotels) with even a dressing table and separate toilet. Room is clean, there is a pleasantly-scented deodorizing spray for guests to use and there is also an air purifier and humidifier in the room. I really love the room and I’m sure my family would love it too… HOWEVER…
Cons: I reached the hotel close to 2pm, just 1hr before check-in time and I was told by a male staff I have to pay 10,000krw if I wish to check in early. (I don’t understand why the room wouldn’t be ready when they harp on the 12noon check-out time constantly.) I returned at 11pm to check in and this time it was a female staff. She checked a few times if I was alone or if my booking was for 2pax (I was alone.) She kept emphasizing 12noon check-out time. My request for a late check-out was turned down. Then I asked if I could leave my luggage at the hotel since my flight will be late at night, and she said only for that day (the day of departure). Having worked in 2 big-name chain hotels before, and being in the hospitality and travel industry for a decade, I am SHOCKED at how unwelcoming this hotel is. It is as though the staff don’t want us to check in and can’t wait for us to be gone.
Is it because they know that their product (the rooms) is good so they don’t bother with service???
It is a pity, as on my next trip to Seoul I would like to bring my family with me and stay at this hotel but it looks like I’ll have to search for another.
