It's decent. Okay. Adequate. The prices are a little high for how small the rooms are, but the rooms were very clean. The lobby is small and oddly designed, however. I liked it, for the most part.4

Everything is OK except the room size. Rooms are too small to accommodate 2 adults. Service is good, they responds quickly. Location is easy to trace, 24X7 convenience store within the hotel building. Lotte adventure Park is just walking distance of few minutes. Overall it's a good experience except room size.4

Stay here every 2-3 month, Friendly welcome, speak english!!! Big rooms, need and clean.
Good transportation from airports by Limousine. Great food and drinks for all budgets around this area! Near Lotte world and a really beautiful walking area around the Lake.
Its not the 'greatest' hotel but the value for money is certainly there.3

Not good, not clean. Room was delux family for 3 persons, but sometimes they gave us only 2 towels and 2 toothbrushes, another day also only 2 towels... I don't know why they do so, but.. Also they forgot to make up room before our check in and some waste was in our room. It was pity.
