It's a newly built place so it's clean. This is a place where one building of a residential-commercial complex, which is not a hotel but an officetel, was named the hotel.

It was clean and convenient as there were simple cooking utensils in the room. I liked the view of the pretty reservoir. It was a great place to stay to play golf nearby.

It's a bit desolate because it's a new city with apartments nearby, but Lotte Mart is also in front of B-ro, there are many restaurants, and the parking lot is wider than expected. Except for the fact that there is no toothbrush and toothpaste, the price is 10-20% higher than the class, and it is very comfortable. Reception is very friendly. Facility with veranda. If you want a one-room atmosphere, washing machine, cooking facilities, this is very good. If the price is not a problem for a long-term business trip, I think it's better than a regular hotel.

I stopped by on a business trip. The room condition was average and the amenities were average. It's morning when I wake up after resting. Wow!!!
