We love loved our stay during the first few days of Korea trip !! The service was amazing . Every staff was so so attentive, friendly . We were greeted by two staffs as soon as we got off from the taxi who helped us to unload the luggage. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel that we are at home during the stay .
The view and the design of the hotel was spectacular and everywhere was extremely clean with subtly pleasant scent.
We loved the view from our room and enjoyed the amenities as well as breakfast buffet.
The only downside of this hotel is its anti- kid policy. My 7 years old kid was not allowed to enter the infinity pool or even sit on the bar lounge table seat . Perhaps this is Korean way as I have not dealt with this kind of policy in states or Europe except the hotel is adult exclusive hotel .
If you have little children, I would advise to reconsider this place but overall the experience was great.5

We stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is lovely - beautiful views, and brand new facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pools are nice - they have a lap pool and and outdoor infinity pool with views of the Hangang river. Restaurants also have good food and views. Very convenient for public transportation as it’s 3 mins from the subway train station5

The hidden gem within Seoul to view Han river in panorama! Definitely check out the infinity pool at the lobby floor (20F) for the amazing view & photos, but do note that the outdoor pool isn't that big so there would be some crowd during the sunny days.5
