24 hour courteous staff and food was excellent! Unfortunately 1 housekeeping staff didn't clean the bathroom I checked into initially, so they transferred me to a clean room. Spectacular hotel at the heart of the Gangnam neighborhood, in Seuol. Service is perfect. There are 3 restaurants in place. Room are very comfortable.

Excellent location, close to the main drag for Gangnam - many stores, restaurants, cafes, etc. rooms are clean and roomier than many hotels in the area. Staff is courteous and prompt. A good balance between luxury and cost.

We had a nice stay here. They were a little strict about check-in and check-out times, but other than that it was great for our family.

Overall, a great location, friendly staff and ok size bedrooms. Room amenities are all there, nice entertainment system! Well done! The local personnel needs training, be it behind the reception or the room service line.
