A not so nice hotel as it was under Hilton. Rooms are old and not well maintained. But the worst thing is the personal in the restaurant. Not nice rude and impolite. Not flexible at all. What ever you ask them always no . Besides it is freezing cold the swiss are cutting heating costs? Unfortunately I have to stay there because my boss has a contract with them. But allover i find it a nightmare staying in that hotel.

The hotel has been getting bad reviews recently, but it was beyond my expectations. The hotel was tidy, although a bit old. It brought my memories from 90s (not in a bad way). The staffs were helpful. The pool and gym was closed due to covid (i did not understand this as other hotels resumed normal operation months ago). Water was leaking at the shower. But it was worth giving a shot, and I had a pleasant stay.
