One of the favourite hotels on Jeju. I like architecture of this building, a lot of terrace with a amazing view, balcony in the rooms, good location. Very kindness and helpful staff

Hidden Cliff is sort of very famous for its infinity pool and quiet surroundings. Breakfast buffet wasn't that good even though sort of it is cheap. Nothing much to eat. Room condition was good enough. However, I rented EV car and there was no charging station which was very inconvenient. It was 2022!!!

It was ok - it was clean - on first impression it looks fancy, but it‘s really anything but near to a 5-star hotel (room service, dining and customer service have been a real disappointment)

Hard to agree that it's a five star hotel. The facilities are new and fancy, but their attention to detail is far less than one would expect from five stars. Personally, the pool seemed like a filming site; every one was taking photos rather than relaxing, which made me a little annoyed.
