Luxury at an affordable cost! Both front desk and restaurant staff were excellent. Room is gorgeous. And you can’t beat the spectacular views. We spent our last night in Asia soaking up everything about this place and miss it already! Highly recommend!

Hotels in Korea are exceptional, it's almost a norm. That's purely out of my own personal experience. Call me spoiled but when I book & stay in Korea, I sort of expect quality. And I don't typically leave reviews. Of course, unless I feel something personal. This time I am writing a positive review because of a staff named, Jisoo. It felt personal and it actually was personal. She went out of her way to accommodate my attempt to please my gf by sending her flowers before her check-in. I didn't realize how difficult it is to send flowers from a local florist,one that I really like, if you are a foreigner and don't have a way to send money directly to a merchant. But, got it done. But, by then I felt exhausted. Next big request fell on the staff's lap. She came through for me. She went above & beyond. Worried no more. End of story. So, thank you, Jisoo! For hanging in there to accommodate my request. You know what I mean😉 5 stars well deserved. I would have given more stars, if I could.

Excellent hotel. The staff are extremely professional. They anticipate your needs. The rooms are nice and well kept. The view is incredible. Every room in the hotel is different and unique.

Spacious, Clean Room with view of incheon. lobby at 36th Floor. Lounge and restaurant at 65th floor with nice view specially at night.

Very nice hotel and building. Great size rooms. You may be up on the 50 something floor. Reception staff name Sam extremely rude, I mean extremely! For no reason. Breakfast was ok to good. Gym is very nice.
