I'm writing a review with 5 stars because the service was excellent! As a foreigner, I'm used to visiting establishments in Korea where the locals make little effort to speak in English. It's fine--I understand and I don't demand it. But it's a real pleasure when I'm trying to communicate in broken Korean and the staff go above and beyond to speak to me in English to make communication easier. I really appreciate that.
In terms of amenities, I also agree that it would be nice to have traditional towel racks. I also think the lighting system (6 buttons for a 2 bed/1 room suite!) could benefit from some kind of guide. The parking spaces were also narrow, but that was not an issue on a weeknight.
On the flip side, many toiletries were provided in advance as well as drinks in the uniquely designed refrigerator. The beds were comfortable, and in a nod to the hotel's name, the design was very nice. Despite the lack of towel racks, I liked the design of the bathrooms. We had a separate bath tub in a smaller room to the side.
Breakfast wasn't from a michelin-star restaurant, but it was delicious and good for its price.
In the end, I circle back to the excellent service. I will definitely visit again!

At first, I was a little bit doubtful if the hotel would provide top notch quality and service. But I was so satisfied with every service, cleanness and any accessibility to restuanyatns and bars as well. Very awesome.

Design is great, was not so fond of breakfast as everything was removed when I arrived at 8.40AM while breakfast lasts until 9AM. Instead I received a combination of few things on my plate without choice: eggs were cold, same for rice etc. Could have been heated at least. No English speaking service except at reception. Rooms are great with nice bath tub and typical Asian luxury toilets. Rooms have big TVs and with laptop made available too. Noisy neighbours first night but second night was quiet. Room was clean but not spotless, maybe a bit dark but no issue for business travel arriving late. Although nonsmoking room there was an occasional smell of smoke coming through the vent or corridor. Would stay here again if breakfast is improved when I arrive earlier tomorrow.

It is a nice designed hotel outside of the Korean crowded city areas. The room are nice and the employees are very friendly. There is a parking lot at the hotel and a lot of restaurants around in the area. Only a wardrobe is missing and someone before, smoked in the room.

The parking spaces are very narrow, which makes parking difficult. So my first impression was not that positive. Then when I entered the room, it was super dark and there was only one window which you had to open to see the outside. There was also no towel rack or hanger to hang a towel.
