For the price it's really good! It's cheaper than many simple pensions around the same area. It's very trendy, it has a cool swimming pool, but you get the feeling that maintenance suffers a bit. Cool design and concept, was more than fine to spend the night. They could create a real parking lot, tho - you park randomly on the sidewalk or on the grass.

The only advantage is that the pool is right outside the room. If you bring coffee from outside, you notice that you are doing too much. The basic barbecue fee is 35,000 won for two people, but I paid 55,000 won for two additional people. The service my family received is a place payment and a charcoal fire. Scissors, plates, pots, etc. were prepared, but I couldn't trust the sanitary conditions of tableware exposed outdoors, so I used disposable ones. The pool water is very turbid. There was no latex smell. There is a pool bar in the pool that is not used, but the owner nags me a lot when I drink there. that the water quality may be contaminated. The room has a double bed and a single bed, but the aisle is narrow enough for two people to cross. There is a bad smell in the bathroom. I don't know why. When I moved the single bed to attach the bed and use it, the bottom is full of dust. The traffic line from the parking lot to the room was complicated, so I moved my luggage over the fence from the outside. Because there is only one entrance.
