Not much in the way of amenities but there's an on-site convenience store as well as a small gym. No pool though. Staff is very kind and welcoming and the hotel and surrounding area is very clean and easy to navigate.

Stayed here for 3 nights in family room. It was above our expectation. Literally close to everything. The coin laundry was affordable and very helpful. Convenient store was located in the hotel lobby. Everything was clean. Room was spacious. Amenities were generous. The hotel smells nice. Highly recommended place and would definitely consider staying here again.

The rooms were spacious with view. Super convenient that the mall is below and food can be found in the basement. Super happy with Joe and the Juice for healthy fruit drinks which is very hard and rare to find in whole Seoul! The only thing is that the location as a first time tourist is not ideal. It’s more retail stores with wholesale clothes. The staff couldn’t really help with what restaurants were good for food and not helpful at all. Even though we had a pleasant stay with our room. I would not stay here again. We went to Myeongdong after and this is more tourist friendly.

It is a modern place but just barely a 4 star. The rooms are very small and the breakfast is light. The location is 5 star. The staff are 5 star.

I was stay there with my husband and 3 yrs old son for 5 days, location is good and many restaurants nearby. BUT the problem is when I ask them to get extra towel for my son, they said we need to pay extra for it, as we didn’t pay hotel fee for my son, this is hilarious, the website shows 3 yrs is not necessary to paid for the room charge, is that mean the kids do not deserve just 1 towel? I’m quite sure this hotel is not a kid-friendly hotel.
