A gorgeous hotel in the perfect location. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Billy and Max are amazing - will help you with whatever you need. Can’t wait to come back!!

Nice place to hangout with friends. Not suitable for family or tourists. Every interior in the lobby, arcade and the room is for instagrammers. Feeling somewhat not cosy but pleasant to stay. Reception is prompt, professional and kind. Nothing to complain about this hotel, just not a cozy hotel.

Stayed for 5 nights, only replaced the water and coffee capsule once but giving me a new soap bar everyday. The used glasses are not cleaned or replaced. Shower room design is super flawed that you will definitely wet the no showering area.

Rooms are good
Hotel staff are good except restaurant staff they are not friendly or might be busy because of the type of service they have on breakfast. I mean a prepared set of trays for breakfast is making all the employees busy serving the trays to guests.
All hotels you go and select the food you wand but yhis hotel wanted to be unique in a stange way which is not a good idea for them and us.
The idea of having 5 sets of trays that you can only choose one of them is so bsd that even in person they allow you to choose the food you want. Each day I tried different set, the Mediterranean choice was so bad that I couldn't even eat anything from the set. The hummus was old and taste horrible that I left the tray as it is and left the restaurant.
I recommend if you go there just bring your breakfast or go to Starbucks next to the hotel and get your breakfast from there.
People like to choose what they eat not to be surprised of what they are going to get on the stupid trays

Overall hotel looks amazing, well-designed, modern and young. However, I am disappointed with the state of my room upon check-in at Mondrian Seoul hotel. When I arrived at approximately 1.30am after a long flight, I discovered a dirty towel that had been left behind by the previous guests above the closet (as per photo). I didn't want to make a fuss at that time, and I assumed that the housekeeping staff would take care of it the following day.
However, to my dismay, the towel was still in the room the next day when I returned from my outing. As a guest, I find it unacceptable that my room was not cleaned properly before my arrival, especially considering the current hygiene concerns. I suggest that your housekeeping staff be trained to double-check every room before guests arrive to avoid such incidents in the future.
