Situated right in the heart of an aesthetic doctors' neighborhood, it offers an unique and dynamic atmosphere that sets it apart. First and foremost, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff, especially Ava, Floridia, Dahlia, and Megan, who played a significant role in making my stay truly exceptional. Ava, with her warm and friendly demeanor, provided invaluable assistance during the check-in and check-out process. Her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering professionalism were truly commendable, leaving a lasting impression on me. Floridia, the dedicated host of the breakfast service, provided an outstanding dining experience that surpassed my expectations. Her remarkable attentiveness and unwavering commitment to ensuring that every guest enjoyed a delightful meal were truly remarkable. I greatly appreciated her friendly and welcoming manner, which added an extra touch of warmth and care to my morning at the hotel. Prior to my arrival, I had specific requests and inquiries, and I must commend Dahlia and Megan for their prompt and highly helpful responses to my emails. Their efficiency and professionalism in addressing my concerns and providing detailed information were truly appreciated. The attentive and timely communication I received from them reassured me that I was in capable hands, and they went above and beyond in exceeding my expectations. As a Diamond Elite member, I had hoped for additional recognition at the hotel, as it is often one of the perks associated with such a prestigious program. However, despite this minor aspect, the overall experience at the hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms were immaculately clean and well-maintained, a testament to the high standards that I have come to expect from IHG properties.

Fantastic hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Super nice and spacious rooms. We loved the breakfast, adapted to different cultures. Location is good, full of restaurants around and close to subway. Would definitely come back!

Great location, clean rooms, and excellent service. What more can you ask for? All the front desk folks spoke English and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Seoul in the future.

Voco is where the old Yeoungdong Hotel used to be. I think they teared it down and rebuilt Voco. So it’s very new and clean. I stayed at Voco Gangnam for 17 days. It was a beautification trip and I needed to stay somewhere close to all the hospitals. The location is amazing. (Right next to ID hospital) It is conveniently located right by public transportation accesses, and right across there is Garosugil where good restaurants, shops and fun things to do are. I enjoyed free breakfast everyday. And the staff was friendly. The room i stayed was small but that was what I paid for so i am satisfied with it. The room was clean and i got good cleaning service everyday. I would stay at Voco again, just get a bigger room. 😅

We stayed 6 nights here over the Christmas period, and really enjoyed our experience. It’s a fairly new hotel located along the main Gangnam stretch right opposite Garousil Gil. Train station is also easily accessible across the road. The room was spacious, clean and well designed. There is also several convenience store at the back of the property within walking distance. Hotel is part of the IHG group and staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast is from 6-1030 and has a good spread. There seem to be many guests that have just completed cosmetic surgery at this hotel perhaps due to it being surrounded by the ID hospitals. Over all great place to stay and we enjoyed our stay.
