Amazing place. The infinite pool has a direct view on the sea. Rooms are amazing, incredibly elegant and comfortable. There are also facilities for families with children. Highly recommended5

Location is really everything for this hotel. It is dead smack in the middle of Haeundae which makes it a very tourist friendly stay. I would consider this hotel again in the future for that reason only. The service and the cleanliness were both excellent.5

The rooms were great, but some of them can be a bit wacky.
Other wise great service and a beach view? CantCant do better than that4

Love the view. Service is incredibly good. But somehow there is a giant pillar in the centre of the room and it’s really bothering. Location is great but if you stay at lower floor noise from swimming pool may quiet disturbing. Also quiet often there is a que at the lift.2

Pretty disappointing stay.
If I am paying ~400 USD a night for a 5 star hotel I expect to have use of the hotels amenities and to control the AC.
Sauna is 27,000 KRW, A/C is centrally controlled and was pumping at 25 degrees the entire stay.
If you’re used to 5 star hotels in Europe or other parts of Asia you’ll be extremely disappointed with this hotel.
