Very good hotel. Now, Internet is horrendous; horrible, a nightmare, almost impossible if you are working. Nothing but shame on this hotel internet.3

Hotel staff should have better to be trained hospitality. e.g. support guest’s luggages at least taxi arrival or departure. They were only standing at a reception counter without moving like a “check-in-machine” just chatting each others.
The location is nice to see old Incheon Street.
