Felt amazed that I was able to find a Japanese hotel in Korea. Service is undoubtedly good, located in a rather quiet yet busy area. Walking distance to Namdaemun. Many eateries around this area, but require minimal walking. Loving the toiletries provided by the hotel, especially face products like make up remover sheets, toner and moisturiser. The hotel also welcomes the guests with a giant LINE BROWN BEAR at the lobby and LINE FRIENDS themed rooms on certain floors. The only down sides are hotel room is rather small, bath tub in the room should be acrylic one (more hygienic) in stead of wooden one. This hotel also not recommended for those who rent a car. Parking rate is high and accessing to the parking lot is troublesome and taking long time. As the lift is always full, not the car park.

This hotel was great for our one-night stay. However, I gave 3 stars for the size of the room, for the amount we paid. It's a small room, and while I liked the amenities, moving around was a little difficult with guests who visited the room. Other than that, the service was great, staff very friendly, and the location is right in the middle of many tourist attractions!

Rooms are a bit tight, but they're relatively clean. The staff is friendly. Only issue I can say besides the room being small is the fact that our toilet wouldn't flush, but I did find a manual button on the side of the toilet. When it works, the bidet is awesome.

The deluxe room is the way to go. If you get the twin room it is considerably lower in quality, value and size. The amenities are pretty nice and if you do get the deluxe room it feels more luxurious. The twin room feels like a 3 star hotel room and not luxurious at all. The twin room also has the beds that are basically on the floor which is hard to get into if you are an elder. The staff was nice and helped reserve a jumbo taxi for my group to the airport. I didn’t take pictures of the twin room but you can see them online where they are basically on the ground

Nice rooms, not too small, showers and some with tubs. Breakfast buffet 19,000 won. Stones floating from ceiling in lobby! They let us check our bags while we toured. No stamps at any Korean hotels and they will not even accept stamped mail (post cards) to go out without their mail, poor service there. WHY?? Why do hotels like this one prevent customers from casting our photos/presentations on to the TV? I guess it is to prevent people, ie customers, from watching YouTube. Netflix, etc so you have to pay for movies.
