Great location, facilities are superb for travelers. Book in advance so you'll get tue best price. It's indeed affordable but with high values.

Nice hotel, with friendly staff. Room was big and comfortably catered for our family of three.
I do not recommend getting the included breakfast.

Great location, walking distance to both Myeong Dong Station and Euljiro 1-Ga Station. Standard double room size was big enough for us to leave 2 big suitcases opened on the floor, and still space to walk around. Coin laundry machines available 24 hours on the ground floor, right outside the convenience store which closes by midnight. Bed was comfortable, albeit pillows a little too flat.
Staff told us that because its winter, air condition will be fixed on heater mode. So we left the window slightly ajar for cold air. There was another layer of mesh at the window, so leaving the glass panel opened was not a big issue. Sound proofing is a huge problem though. Can easily hear the neighbours or people at the corridor. Was unable to connect to the wifi most of the time on my iPhone, but my partner using Samsung did not seem to have this problem.
There was a label on the toilet bowl that says it has been sanitised, but there were obvious visible stains that we could easily use wet tissues to clean them off. Other than that, room seems to be pretty clean. Comes with basic amenities such as small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, tea bags and reusable bedroom slippers.
