Absolutely wonderful experience staying here and staff were so helpful in lending us a wheelchair. Great location just steps away from the beach and the night strip in Haeundae Beach and also a great view but very good price. Will be happy to stay here again.

Room is very spacious, seaview is nothing to shout about. Bedding and towel are no more snow white and looking very old and used. No toilette is provided, no bath tub or rain shower. Only hand held shower and water pressure is very soft. No early check-in and reception is very arrogant and unfriendly services. Verdict is highly OVERPRICED for this providing and quality of service. To me, this is only worth 2 star hotel with very big spacious room and nothing more to expect. Definitely not recommending to anyone. Not worth the money.

This hotel is a FRAUD! Nothing looks like at all like the pictures on their website. It’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Well, room rates are, but the the hotel itself is about a 2 star level. Very sad. I’m in a room labeled deluxe with ocean view. Only the ocean view is true. There is nothing deluxe about this room. It is very outdated and the kitchen had nothing but an electric kettle and 2 cups. All the pots, pans and utensils were removed. No washer either as in the photos on the website. Bathroom was dirty upon check in so I politely complained to the front desk. The only positive I can say is that a cleaning crew came in 10 minutes and cleaned. I also requested bowls, plates, utensils and dish soap and more hangers and they were delivered very quickly. Location is excellent though.
