I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Cappuccino. The room I had booked was very nice. The bed was extremely spacious and I didn’t mind that it was bit cramped considering that it was just me traveling. The bathroom and shower were also very nice and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in Seoul looking for a decent price hotel in a decent location (a couple minutes walk from the nearest metro station).

Hotel Cappuccino was a perfect first stay in Seoul. I was a little worried about a few things I read in other reviews, so I do want to address them. Perhaps their AC policy has changed as it was running 24 hours a day during my stay and it was powerful. The temperature was comfortable 100% of the time. Also, yes the rooms are small, but not uncomfortably so. Everything matched the photos, so just make sure you know what size room you are booking as I believe they do have larger suites if that is a priority for you. I also think this is a common experience globally, and you can’t expect the same American hotel space standards from local hotels. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, the cafe downstairs is great, the rooftop view is amazing and the hotel has everything you need. 5/5 would recommend.

A great bargain with the bonus of being a socially conscious hotel. Cool cafe workspace, delicious room service. Paid parking was easy. Staff were friendly. Bed, comforter and pillows all very comfortable with motorized blackout blind. Free and fast wifi. Would definitely recommend.

The cappuccino king room is incredibly small! There was not even room to store my clothes or luggage. I could not imagine having 2 people in this room considering it was uncomfortably small for 1. The noise of the street also made it hard to sleep. The staff were not very friendly. For the price, I recommend staying somewhere else.

NO AC - This hotel is cute and clean the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is great. Rooms are very small not meant to hangout in really just for sleep. That being said the whole "echo" really just means they shut the AC off from 7pm - 9am allowing the rooms to turn into saunas overnight making it extremely hard to get a good night's sleep even with the windows open. The photos below are the room temperature at 930 am the AC has been back on now for 30 mins. Book elsewhere if you don't want to sweat all night.
