Location is quite good. Easy to get LINE 2 to Jamsil or the way to center downtown. The only one worst thing is the LED wall crops the street is to light and heavy all the time.4

Room(twin bed) and the amentities are good for the price. Clean with strong airconditioning.
Gym is small but clean. Has weights from 3kgs sets - fresh towels and water bottles.
Reception staff are very friendly.
The location is probably my favourite as it has the fantastic view from the rooftop bar and it is right in front of Samsung Subway station.
Breakfast buffet -disappointing. They have no plant based milk at all. The chef preparing rice noodle soup was quite dry when I asked a question.
Dumplings are quite bland, waffle was fresh Italian bread loaf was not quite Italian. It was hard & chewy sourdough loaf, I thought it was Kalamata olive loaf but it was raisin instead.
This is the first hotel breakfast in Seoul that had no "non-dairy" milk option for breakfast. Also the fruit selection was quite disappointing.
As a business hotel located within walk distance of World trading centre, their menu could be improved for people from different background.3

Good location for subway access. Seriously slow elevators. Long waits. Rooms were very warm. 24 degrees and impossible to make cooler.2

I booked a room specifically for a family of 4 through their official website, which was accepted at the time of booking some 3 months before the stay. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told the biggest rooms they have is for 3 people and maybe I booked through a third party. When I showed them the confirmation of reservation, they realised it was actually from themselves. They offered us, not an extra bed, but a doona to sleep on the floor. Apart from being good location-wise, the hotel is mediocre and the service is sub-standard.
