Good location close to COEX and shopping.
A bit busy outside because construction (March 2023) but not that bad.
Also have a great rooftop bar with nice view!3

The hotel's location isn't too bad, but it's more awkward than other nearby hotels. This may be partly due to ongoing construction work nearby. The air conditioning did not work during my stay; 25C at night, and it wasn't especially hot outside. The lobby being on the 21st floor was a little odd. Breakfast was buffet style, with a mix of Western and Korean foods.3

The air-conditioning is not realy possible to adjust as you want. For example in May I could get lower then 24 degrees in the night time. Also if outside temperature was around 16 in the night .
Very small window to open. And very noisy outside. ( work for the next 2 years)
For all other things the hotel is ok for 4 starsโ
