We we're mostly out on tour but when we get back to the hotel it surely is comfortable and we get a restful night. Breakfast is good as well.

Parents are staying here currently. The problem is that it is so hot at night, but you can't turn on the air conditioning. And it sounds like it turns off in the whole building sometimes. They are so hot at night, and there are no sheets - only a heavy duvet. They were provided with a fan but that isn't very helpful. They even sweat at night. They found they cpudl crack the window open slightly, so that seemed to help.

The room is incredibly small. There are no rooms with king sized beds - only queen. There is not much walking space, only a bit at the end of the bed and in the entryway. Not great if you have a number of suitcases.

No outlet plug next to the bed on one said, so one has to keep their phone on the desk.

*****There are also no washcloths, so you have to either wash yourself with your hands or with a hand towel. Or go buy one at the convenience store, which is conveniently located right next to the hotel.

The buffet is great, though. My parents are fully enjoying that. Except apparently the coffee maker is only putting out lukewarm water, and not hot.

If you have a membership? points? rewards? (I can't remember) with them, be sure to book through their official site. My mom accidentally booked through a different site and the hotel refused to give points to her membership.

The room was a bit small but comfortable and clean. They provided slippers, Netflix and two bottles of water everyday, which were some pleasant surprises.

The location is good. There were many restaurants nearby. The hotel is close to the metro station and bus stop.

The working space is very comfortable with some nice music playing. The universal power sockets are very convenient for international travellers.

It was also great that the receptionists could speak English.

This hotel needs serious maintenance. We stayed from July 6 through 8. We also planned to stay from July 14 through 18 but had to move to another hotel on July 16 for water problem. On July 16, we did not have running water in the whole building for hours. The water shutoff started in the morning and we didn't have water in my room until we moved to another hotel late at night. A lot of guests had to find another hotel because of the water problem. Sorry to the hotel staff members who worked tirelessly to respond to the customer complaints. One positive note is that this hotel is willing to pay for the hotel that I moved to.

Other than this, the air conditioning was poor. We had to change rooms for air conditioning. On some days, the lobby was hotter than the outside (I am sorry to the staff members who worked here).  I heard the frond desk personnel talking with guests who asked about room air conditioning.

I really think this hotel needs comprehensive maintenance before something worse happens.

Not welcoming to Americans. Was denied entry to restaurant three out of the four days, manager had to step in every time to say we are hotel guests. AC was broken, they provided a portable fan. The heat with a broken AC was unbearable. Lights broken in master bedroom. Breakfast buffet was pretty good.
