Attendants was very helpful and courtesy. While we need help they trying their best to help us and do write down the translate for us. This is what we didn’t expected. Such a nice experience staying in shilla stay with this two friendly staff😊5

This hotel in gym you don't have work out? Don't worry! You have to go hotel fitness. Parking lot it's not bad but room area size will be a bit small so take that into consideration5

Stayed here with my 2 daughters and felt very safe. It is modern with plenty of staff at reception. The rooms are small but very upscale so it was fine.5

Nice room, comfortable beds, charging outlets available for everyone (important).
Great breakfast, which was a mix of korean and western food. We were three persons, one adult and two teenagers, and we all loved the breakfast. I'm sure everyone finds something they like.
Also a very good location with a lot of buses and metro very close by, as well as fast food and convenience store.3

Overall good value relative to the other offerings from the international brands. I think for a single person traveling on business domestically it's fine.
Pros.
- Good location. Just outside of the mrt /s subway station.
- clean rooms, comes with all the basics.
Areas of improvement.
- Room sizes are just a bit small for two people. Can't really leave your luggage out and wardrobe doesn't have enough space for two people.
- there's no hard pillow options.
- umbrellas were signed out quite quickly on rainy days, and needs a deposit.
- gym room is quite tiny
- house keeping didn't really stay on top of the tissue supplies. Reception had to bring a package one to e room after we called.
- difficult for the taxi driver to figure out how to drop us off in the rain. Left us at the side of the road.
