Service and room are kind and nice. Hospitality. Room is functional size, not luxury. Equipped with needed full stuff.

Great Hotel in seoul! It is a little expensive but definitely worth it for a few days stay. You get great views especially if you're staying on the top floors. The room I stayed in also came with a fridge which is a must when staying in a hotel!

I visited Korea on business purpose. The hotel rooms are modest, and the lobby is on the 8th story, which isn't a big deal. I had an incredible view. Overall, it was fine. The service is just average. While I was still in the room, a cleaning lady entered and began cleaning. It was distracting because I was working at the same time. Normally, one lady with glasses arrives to clean after I leave, but this new lady arrived and began cleaning while I was still in the room, which was very odd. When she saw I was in the room, she contacted someone and asked something in Korean, then she apologised or something and came into my room. I didn't say anything because I am not a native speaker. She arrived and began working. I thought it was fine, but it was weird and distracting. Also, the receptionists are pleasant, but it took a long time to reach their customer service team [to whom we need to speak for a stay extension, or so they say] to discuss my extension in that hotel, and then upon the last day they said all the rooms were already occupied. Whoever planning to extend , better be with a plan . My organisation paid for my stay, but I felt the fee was high given the small accommodation. The location, which is close to Myeongdong and other attractions, that impressed me. But, most importantly, it's just okay, not awful, not amazing.
