Wow! This was such a great choice. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and make the check in / check out process timely and smooth. The rooms are immaculately clean. And where do I even start with the beds… most comfortable bed (including comforter and pillows) that I’ve ever had in a hotel. If I ever come back to Seoul, I will most definitely be staying here. Also a short walk to Myeongdong and other great areas of the city.5

Great location, very close to City Hall station and a lot of different food options and convenience stores.
Service was great, staff was friendly and room service was prompt and efficient.
Room was a great size, lot of space between the bed, nice extra sofa and chair for seating and a TV with many channel options. Window had a nice view and thermostat was adjustable with lightning options as well. Washroom has a nice modern look with the glass and marble backsplash.
I prefer not having a sliding door for the washroom as the sound can travel through the room easily. Also noticed the AC has an interesting noise at night but that didn't disrupt my sleep.5

Absolutely love ENA Suite Hotel Namdaemun. The staff are so helpful and patient.
The room was huge and so clean. Bedding was so comfortable too. Convenient to walk to Namdaemun makert, Myeongdong and Seoul station. Just outside the hotel also has a number of places to eat, grab coffee and a convenient store so don’t worry about getting hungry in the wee hours. Also a pharmacy just outside too.
Will definitely stay here again if we visit Seoul.5

Exemplary customer service. While visiting Korea and staying in this hotel, I sent a parcel to my home country by post. I found out weeks later that the postal services returned the parcel to Korea and to the hotel (my sender address). This was a distressing situation as I was now in a different country and the parcel contained a lot of personal items. I got in contact with the hotel and they went above and beyond to help me out. They stored the parcel for me and helped to arrange a courier pick up for me to send it again. Really excellent service.
Besides that, the hotel is in a great location for visiting Seoul. Close to major attractions and the subway. Plenty of convenience stores and cafes right outside the Hotel.
The rooms were modern and well equipped and we found it to be very good value.
