This hotel is in a pretty convenient location. But the front desk staff is a bit rude. It's my mom's and I first time in Korea for a long time so we were just asking simple questions like a good place to eat around here or directions to get to a certain place and the guy gave us attitude and told us to just get an app or search online instead of asking him which we did before but naver maps is very different from google maps that we are used to. The hotel itself is pretty clean though, the cleaning lady was also sweet and helpful. Our room was also pretty clean and nice! The hotel has a subway station near it and a bunch of eateries and convenience stores. Last thing I would complain about is the noise. MANY of the other people staying in the hotel are so loud at like 3-5 AM, no manners at all. Kept waking us up in the middle of the night. Other than those things, it's a decent hotel!

Complete facade. From the outside it looks ok, but it feels like the interior of the building has been neglected. Hallways, elevators, rooms, etc. were either dirty or damaged. The bathrooms in the room lacked many amenities that other hotels usually include (shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, razor, comb, etc.). Bed was very low quality, windows were dirty, furniture and appliances seemed like they were just haphazardly picked for their low cost. AC did not work well, light switches were confusing, staff couldn't give any recommendations of restaurants, no place to sit and wait in the lobby area. We also had a friend who came to pick us up, but they were pressured by the parking staff to not stop and quickly move.

The place looked like it was falling apart and they put bandages on the problems. The rooms look like the might have mold in the bathroom. It felt like intruding when they had an event. It was nicely located to get dropped off with the airport bus and I love that convenience store by it. The staff were great; my favorite part.

The hotel was accessible to the nearest train station and walkable distance to Gangnam district. In addition, there was a convenient store nearby. I had to change room after checking in as the air con was making too much noise; the technician came up and didn't know what was the issue. They changed my room and was a bit disappointed that the new room there was no bathtub, which my original room had it. The power-plug were quite far away from the bed and the interior design of the room felt quite old; carpet floors seems a bit dirty too. The front desk staff were friendly.
