Very nice hotel in Gangnam area in Seoul, very clean & tidy rooms , they give two bottles of water as complimentary
Breakfast is available & it is good & tasty one
The hotel is close to COEX which has an Exhibition & conferences area & shopping centre
It is nice business hotel & casual one with good price in Seoul5

Rooms is nice, simple and clean, they don't give any disposable amenities, only give mineral water as compliments.
The elevator stops in every floor, and it takes so long 😥
Service is nice, location is perfect walking distance to COEX and Samseong station4

Great location for Gangnam, rooms moderate sized, unfortunately construction in the area really affected access around the hotel.3

The hotel is normal, its price is reasonable based on its services, what most distinguishes it is its proximity to the mall, and most restaurants are close to it in this area. There is a person at the reception who was not nice and his way of communicating with customers was heavy, but the hotel in general is good.2

The room and hotel location is superb. Service wise I would say no star at all, can’t communicate well in English and attitude problem, I feel like I own that particular staff few hundred million dollars when I talk to him
