Powerful working aircon and showers. Really clean room and comfy bed. One of the older receptionist was not so hospitable. Maybe bad day. There’s complimentary water filters, coffee, sore cups and bowls. No porcelain cups. Shoe horn available too. Love that there’s a bazaar of food stalls downstairs daily till late and skin care shops. Really close to Myeondong subway station.5

Very near Myeongdong shopping street and night market. Our room is very clean and has good ambiance. there’s free breakfast too from 7am to 9am.4

The rooms are a bit small and they (same room type) can be different on each floor. Floor 6&7 are newly refurbished so the rooms are much better and even a little bigger. I booked a twin room and was initially on the 10th floor and then I changed the room to the 6th floor. 10th floor has a washing machine and a dryer which was very convenient. Washing liquid can be bought for 1k and washing and drying cost 3k each.
The location is excellent. No point of spending money on 4 or 5 star hotels when you have solid 3 star hotels like this.
Room soundproofing wasn’t great. I couldn’t hear other rooms but definitely heard the traffic on the corridor.
No gym, but there is a gym (Body Flex) at the of the street. Only a 2min walk and 20k per visit.4

My wife and i stayed at this hotel for 14 nights in october 2022. We do recommend it to others, but there's also some things to be desired. The positives and negatives:
+ Great location. This hotel is only a 3 minutes walk from the subway station of Myeongdong with Line 4. You're also in the middle of the centre of Myeongdong. When you walk out the building you hit all the shops immediately. At night it really comes to life with all the streetfood sellers and neon lights
+ Great and friendly people. The service is excellent. Each day your room is cleaned very well. Every day you get new towels
+ The room has everything you need: a safe, fridge, tv (with usb connection so you can bring your own movies or tv-programmes on a stick) and water cooker
+ There is wifi but it's not always stable when you want to watch for instance Netflix.
+ There are two washing machines. Very handy to wash all your clothes before you go home
- Breakfast is only served between 7:00 and 8:30 - 9.00 am. We skipped a few breakfasts so we could sleep a little bit longer
- There's not much variation in the breakfast. We really aren't picky but for two weeks we were presented with exactly the same: scrambled/hard boiled eggs, toast, mushroom soup, strawberry jam, cornflakes, coffee, thee, milk and orange juice. No variation in the soup nor the jam. They don't even have knives there to put butter on your bread properly
- the rooms aren't that big. There's not much closet space to hang up your clothes
- The site says there's also a lounge in this hotel. I haven't seen it

I liked Skypark I but maybe next time I will reserve a room without breakfast.

Currently they are a shophouse nearby doing renovation in the midnight from 1am to 6am. Room soundproof is terribly poor. We could not sleep at all for 3 nights.
Location is good and downstairs a lot of shops and food carts.
Room is small (19sqm) however they provided free breakfast at reception from 7am to 9am. Basic breakfast (no meat) - hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, corn cereals, milk, orange juice, bread (butter /strawberry jam), yogurt and coffee /tea.
Coin laundry available.
No free bus shuttle. Umbrella is available to rent for free. Room no heater only air con.
Near station exit 6.
