It was nice because it was close to the beach, and there was a karaoke machine in the seminar room, so I felt it was good for workshops because there was a microphone.5

Parking lot facilities are also spacious.
It's nice that the barbecue area is private.
The surrounding environment is cool

There is a seminar room and you can rent a beam projector, so it's good for workshops at the beginning of the year.
The room is like a normal guest house, but it's okay
If the sink tap is rusted, if you use a lot of water in the sink, water leaks through the bottom of the sink. I hope you can fix this part.
It's good to eat grilled meat at an affordable price, and the beach is close and good.
