I stayed at the Phoenix jeju villa and it was a beautiful property. The villa was modern and well built. You use golf cart to navigate around. The breakfast buffet was decent. A lot of contential and Korean food from the buffet. Staff is friendly. Ton of things to here. Sauna, swimming pool, aquarium nearby.

Stayed at the 힐리우스, reminded me of some houses in the british properties in west van. But even better is the proximity to the shore. Could be cleaner but this is bc high expectations, which were mostly met

Just ok place for family with small kids. Water in the sauna does not look really circulating. Swimming pool was not good for swimmers. The location is good. I enjoyed great view of sea and beach walking around the area.

I have somewhat mixed feelings about this hotel. Pros: - amazing location, you can go for sunrise and sunset hikes with stunning views - kids club, my daughter loved it - plenty of parking space - big CU in the hotel lobby - huge rooms that could accommodate big families Cons: - the rooms are pretty outdated - hotel corridors are so run down, they look scary Overall this is a great stop over point for 1-2 nights but for the price charged I think the condition of rooms and the hotel common areas should be improved.
