We spent 3 nights in this hotel as a family and were very satisfied overall.
The hotel offers a range of activities especially for families/children which we highly appreciated even though the offers are a tat more suitable for older children than toddlers.
The gym, the pool areas and all facilities for kids were clean and well organised. The rooms were spacious and we appreciated the free minibar which was restocked daily.
We found that the hotel buffet had more than enough to offer!
We would come back anytime.5

Huge complex. Beautiful place, service at the top quality, stuff are everywhere, any amenities you need (pool, sauna, spa, fitness and more). Everything is clean and perfect maintained. The stuff are so committed and friendly. Shuttle buses to the airport and available taxis. Perfect place.5

Very nice place to hang out if you have a >4 hour connection at ICN.
Free shuttle bus from ICN, lots of nice shops, art installations, restaurants and hotel, can also store my luggages at the free hotel concierge service.
Only downside is line at ICN custom entry is kinda long, takes ~30 mins. Upside is going out of customs literally takes 1 min, no line, just a passport scan gate and you're out, security check also really fast, very short line5

Amazing! 10/10 :)
The best staff, a spacious room, free minibar, amazing food hall and bakery - can't ask for more. My only complaint is that their toilet paper is way too thin.5

Nice hotel, rooms are well maintained but quite pricey. Definitely visit the swimming pool, which has heating system but does get crowded. A range of restaurants plus a food court is available in the plaza below. Overall a family friendly hotel even have a small indoor amusement park for kids.
However facilities are limited to once per day visit. Also rooms uses central heating/cool system so unable to adjust as desired, would have expected separate system as a 5 star hotel.
