It looks clean but the building is not build for hotel business. The 2 lifts cannot accommodate the capacity for 20 floors. The whole building room phone has not been working and the staff is not aware. Emergency and safety is not being consider by the hotel management. Please stay alert on the above points.

I had the worst experience ever in Korea. I was assigned a tiny room on the 6th floor. The noise outside was unbearable throughout the day and night. There were some elderly individuals singing with microphones, which made it impossible to get any rest. Frustrated, I called the front desk seeking a resolution. They informed me that they could change my room, but unfortunately, they neglected to mention that it would only be for one day. So, after packing up my belongings and going downstairs, I was informed that I would have to check out at 11 a.m. and wait until 3 p.m. to check back into the same subpar room. It would have been helpful if they had provided me with this information during our initial phone conversation.
P.S. There’s an obvious stain on the sheet even after the room was made up.

Great location within walking distance from both Nampo and Jalgachi stations. Service was good and there’s a convenience store at level 1 as well. Our room was clean and basic amenities (shower gel, towels, slippers) were provided. Great view of Busan tower from our room as well!

However, the room was slightly cramped and it was difficult to open up our suitcases without having to shift furniture around. Not ideal if you have large suitcases, but otherwise a convenient and lovely place to stay while in Busan.

Great room nice and clean but the elevator are lacking it took us 20 minutes to go down from are room in the morning because they are not enough elevator.
It is next to the fish market but 30 minutes drive from the beach or 1h+ in subway.

hotel was in a great location w convenience store downstairs. rooms were clean and toilet was spacious with strong water pressure/hot water. nice views of busan from the room too.
